We are pleased to announce that dutchbb was selected in a user poll, among 4 other banner contest candidates, as the overall winner.

Please join us in offering congratulations to dutchbb for his success, as well as other participants who submitted some fantastic banner designs.

dutchbb took 44.59% of the 148 total votes cast.

The runner up was theodonnells with 33.78% of the vote. Blackice, Michael, and topshams rounded out the top 5.

As prizes, dutchbb will be awarded:

Great to see the guy whom I voted for (and so did many others) won the Game finally ! Only issue we had was the size of the banner something around 100+ kb, hopefuly he has re-optimised them for better performance ?

I congratulate Dutchbb... it is a great banner... however I'm disturbed at the disregard of the rules. More than that however, I'm concerned at Joe's response that there was simply a misunderstanding. There were a couple other different actions which would have been good business... the one chosen was either showing favoritism an unwillingness to deal with a situation. I can't in good conscience do business with someone that has different rules for different people, especially over something as trivial as a banner contest.
