Xcache kurduktan sonra hata

Merhaba;

sunucuma xcache kurdum vbseo panelden xcache seçeneğini seçmediğim zaman düzgün çalışıyor ama xcache seçeneğini seçtiğim zaman aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorum ve site açılmıyor..

10M ile 20M arasında bir değer girin.
