Bu ve buna benzer bir satır yok config.php dosyasında debug diye arama yaptığımda bile sonuç çıkmıyor.

Bu satır yokken mi debug raporlarını alıyorsun?
Orada eklemediysen nereye ekledin ki debug çalışıyor.
Ya da nasıl aktif ettin ona göre çözüm üretelim.

Hatta vbulletin.org'da bir plugin buldum onuda kurdum ama sadece admine gösterme konusunda yardımı olmadığı için kaldırdım.

Hem isimle hem id ile iki şekilde de denedim ama kodları eklediğimde debug özelliği aktif olmuyor yani sayfanın altında gözükmesi gereken kısım gözükmüyor. Bende bir problem var sanırım anlamadım gitti..

Kodları olduğu gibi eklemiyorsun değil mi?
Mesela birinci kodda senin id numaran neyse onu gireceksiniz;
