Yani vbulletin 5 php serisi kurulu olmalı ve Serverinde 5 php desteklemesi mi gerekli

server 5 php destekliyor
vbulletin 3.8.6 ''5 php serisini'' kursam Plug-ins, and code modifications çalışır mı?

vBulletin 5 değil , Php 5 gerekli olan. Bazı serverlar hem php4 hem php5 çalıştırabilir. Bunu hostunuza danışın ve sizin domainlerinizde php5 çalıştığından emin olun.
