Litespeed kullananlar ?

Son zamanlarda çoğu yerde bu server i görüyorum.
Php si falan kendi içinde ayarları çok kolay olan komple bir server.

Lighttpd ye göre karşılaştırma yapabilirmisiniz. Bu konuda makaleler ne yazık ki çok az hep static html karşılaştırmaları yapılmış

Lighttpd kullanıyorsnız litespeed'in size hiçbir artısı olmaz.

biraz daha aratınca şöyle bir makale buldum. Abartmış olabilir tabi. ( ben litespeed kurarken şimdi hatırlamıyorum ama bi yerinde takılmış yarım bırakmıştım.)

- Performance: Sorry, it's not 50/50. Litespeed kicks the hell out of
lighttpd, at least for PHP serves. I use the LSAPI compiled into PHP
and it's far superior to the fastcgi PHP that lightspeed uses. I used
both as a "balancer" where the PHP processes are located on servers
other than the web server. One thing about LSAPI is that it autospawns
based on the usage. The second thing is that coupled with APC that it
shares memory, meaning that I cache all the pages and all the individual
LSAPI processes access the same cache. LSAPI is supposedly 30% faster
than fastcgi. All I know is that with APC and LSAPI PHP, my servers are
lightning fast. On top of that, I no longer have the strange PHP
processes inexplicably dying anymore -- I can't remember the actual log
messages, but they were frequent during high traffic.

Litespeed is good, really good, and for real business, the enterprise
version (lifetime price) is the way to go. It's WELL worth the price.

I still use lighttpd for specific tasks because it's so easy to set up,
but nothing critical anymore.
