Vbseonun bir özelliği var mesela bir linki forumunuzda konu içine eklediğiniz zaaman o konunun başlığı link yerine çıkıyor. Benim sorum şu bu link yerine çıkan başlıklar türkçe karakter sorunları ortaya çıkıyor aşağıdaki gibi bunu nasıl düzeltebilirim?

burdaki charset ayarını değiştirsem direk utf-8 yapsam sorun düzelirmi bu "headinclude" templatede yer alıyor

Ben de aynı problemle karşı karşıyayım. vBulletin dil ayarlarımda HTML-Dil kodlayıcı: ISO-8859-9 olarak görünüyor ve UTF-8 yaptığım zaman forumdaki tüm karakterler bozuluyor. Düzeltmenin yolu yok mu acaba?
