    My request is:
    I already know how many posts I get a day, but I want to know at what time those posts are made and track them in analytics.
    So how about a marker placed just after a posted message?

    actually looking deeper, I cant seem to find custom reports (visitor trending) broken down into hourly increments :(

    bummer.

    (unless someone else can find it)

    i think you would have to make 24 custom segments, similar to the screen shot below (one per hour)

    and then, make 2 plugins... one for regular reply, one for quick reply that adds the
    code to GA,
    Code:
    pageTracker._trackPageview("postmade");

    The biggest problem with this method is the browser back button... it may provide false results after normal reply, then back to the thread with the browser back instead of navi

    you will have to set it via ajax somehow. what i described above is a VERY basic iteration of what needs to be done.

    regular reply is FAR easier to implement than quick reply...
