Exclamation VbSEO & Cond Sigs rel=nofollow anomalies need repair

This will be a long post however neccessary to point out the deficiencies of the system which can be updated.

Option 1:- being able to control the attribute by forum ID, so I can allow rel=nofollow on one forum but not board wide.

Option 2:- being able to allow rel=nofollow on posts but not signatures. Currently if URL is on whitelist the Conditional signatures hack has no influence over it.

Here's the reasoning and scenarios so you understand the issue.

I use one forum for advertising products and features. So the advertiser gets the links they want I have to white list their URL, that lifts it forum wide and in their sigs.

I have a user pays for sig links to work.

I also have a user pays for site wide links, sigs and posts.

So what happens is a person advertises in the Advertising Forum, and his URL is live site wide, that is not good control.

I need to be able to control the rel=nofollow rule by forum, by site, by signature all independent of each other.
