Unique Page Titles on Multiple Page Threads

SEO 101 - Always have a unique title for each page.

Was just noticing that most forums have a fair number of threads that span multiple pages. While vbseo meets the letter of the law by inserting "Page X" into the title, it misses the spirit of the law.

Page titles "vBSEO 2.3.0 Released" & "vBSEO 2.3.0 Released Page 2" aren't going to target any different keywords.

I've not got a specific recommendation on what to do with it but more interested in brainstorming to see if we can come up with a useful new feature so that those long threads are more effective from an seo standpoint.

Some ideas that I'll throw out:

• Dynamic page title from 1st post on each page
• Admin tool to edit page title
• Dynamic page title based on anchor text of outgoing links
• Rotation of standard title text like - vBulletin SEO Forums > - vBulletin SEO Discussion Board > - SEO Hack for vBulletin > - vBulletin Google SEO Chat > - Forum SEO Ideas

Any good ideas?
