I just want to mention, that the replace doesn't work anymore when the originally thread title changes. Perhaps you can use the thread id only to point to the thread and replace it instead of using the whole title to identify

To give an example:

http://www.vbseo.com/f10/multi-domain-support-8939/ is replaced with Multi Domain Support

but

http://www.vbseo.com/f10/multi-domain-8939/ won't http://www.vbseo.com/f10/multi-domain-8939/
