Rewrite member Profile URL's setting

In vbseocp.php:-

The rewriting of Albums should be made separate and should not be combined with the setting of Member's Profile URLs.

In other words, there should be a separate turning ON/OFF rewriting for all Album URL's like below:-

Rewrite Album URLs?
Set this option to "Yes" to have album URLs rewritten.
