Relnofollow ALL External URLs

Is there anyway of making this to not include a header or footer. I was involve with linkexchange problem and would like to put that in the footer.

if yuo have a relatively small number of link exchange domains, you can add them to the "Whitelist" in vbseocp to exclude from rel=nofollow rule.

Otherwise, you can add rel="novbseo" the the link and it will not be processed by vBSEO.
