Relnofollow ALL Dynamic Pages - Arcade.php

I allow Guest to play my IBProArcade Games.
If this option ist set to Yes, also all Game Links become a rel="nofflow".
But I don't want this, because Google should index this Gamelinks.
Is there any way to exclude arcade.php from this option?

you can either disable "Add rel="nofollow" to ALL Dynamic Pages" option in vbseocp OR add rel="novbseo" attribute to these links if you prefer to modify corresponding templates.
Currently there is no special option to exclude the links.
