Edit vbseo skin

Righty, I hope this is the correct forum for this request...

I'd like to be able to add some links under the ones that already exist, which are just under the notifications zone. I've outlined a red rectangle show illustrate roughly where id' like to add links.

I am not very hot on the programming side, so am unsure how to address this.

I tried editing the header code in MS-frontpage, but it just continued the links across the page, not underneath.
