Custom redirects option

I think there sould be a feature in the custom redirect for it to work for only a certain usergroup and some usergroups.

Redirects are not meant to do this.

redirects are meant to handel files that have moved.

if you've moved something, it shouldn't be accessed at its old location any more, thus, usergroup doesn't matter.

oh thats what it does nvm then i thought it meant the kind of redirect that makes you go somewhere else
