config module - store password with backup

I note that the password is not stored with the config backup. I have to manually change it back when doing upgrades and restoring from backup.

Rather a security issue - I wonder how many people still have it as "admin" - with the risk of having a hacker wreck their rankings on Google.

I personally set my Google site map program to use the database password from the vbconfig file. A little more secure.
