Blacklist

To complement the whitelist for no follows I think it would be a good idea to have a blacklist, after a lot of research on the subject of outward links mainly on webmaster world I have decided not to use the no follows, but I have to say since say eBay will never have any relevance to my site (and the listing only lasts so long) and say someone points to google earth again no benefit to me and only adding however slightly to sites that already have very high serps and need no help form my site (I am for the little man).

Pretty good idea, this could also be a punishment for users who use unneccessily promote their website via threads and the PM system.

Good point I can think of few users on a forum I am a part owner (unfortunately I am the only admin who thinks that seo is important) on who should have that.
