Adding VBSEO settings to DB (additional)

Wouldnt it be feasible to add entire vbseo settings to database as well ?

If someday under some critical update for vbulletin, I am in a hurry to update my forum software and accidentally missed to take a backup of current vbseo settings..

This shall be a big disaster
I will loose all the hard work.. some solution to avoid this kind of trouble shall be great.

vBSEO stores the settings in "datastore" table and they should be automatically restored if you upload fresh config_vbseo.php file and enter vbseocp.

thanks I never knew this, can please give me link for handy manual which states all the ins and outs of vbseo ?
