Add Thread Titles - more features

It would be nice if there was an option for "Add Thread Titles->REPLACE original anchor text" so that if you linked to lets say the second post in a thread, it would add "(post 2)" to the end or something. Or if we could customize these a bit on our own (sort of like relavent replacements).
