2 feature requests

hi..

1. I really feel the need of a new vbseo control panel with much better and user-friendly interface. There are a lot many settings already and hopefully more to come, it would be better if they be categorized properly within vbulletin's admincp just like other vb addons do.

2. Extra-urls.txt should be made writable from an interface within vbseocp.
