There is More Than One Reason :-

Your Site Content : Forum Threads is your way to get visitors from search engines and the important thing is your threads content there is some forums had good threads but there is low number of people who search for these threads looks like "Swim,Travel ...etc"
Your Site SEO : Yes there is some forums didn't have much visitors as the forum content that's related for your site SEO Feel Free to make new Critique thread so i can give you Some SEO Tips
Your Sitemap : Very important thing to check your sitemap in Google webmaster some one has asked here in vbseo.com he said Google didn't index the new threads and stop to index any more URL and the reason of that was the sitemap
Improve Your Site Content : You should post new threads every day if you didn't have much time you can hire some posters that's great way to active the search engines in your forum

I Make all your suggest and you said your forum is 90% SEO But i didn't see and new visitor
Yes your forum SEO Is Good but your forum content is NOT GOOD
Let me explain more :
If your forum is talk about the earth and the moon...etc So there is low number of people who will search for these threads
But if your forum is talking about the Applications, movies,games....etc
so you will see more and more visitors because high number of people will search for that

I didn't get traffic from the other search engines can you tell me why ?
Yes i believe that there is no search engine like Google that's the Stronger search engine and the most popular search engine

I Installed vBSEO maybe about 2 or 3 weeks but i didn't See any change
Yes that's fine, you should leave it about 5 or 6 months so the search engines can take the effect in this period

I Want to learn more about the new search engine Bing.com and how i can integrate it with vBSEO Sitemap and how to add the sitemap ?
