I adquire a new backend server for my forum, this is for database server.
Is a Dell poweredge 1950 with 8GB of RAM and Dual Intel Xeon E5410 Dual Core $Mb cache.
I only install MySQL 5.0.67 64Bits with Percona Patchs hig performance.

In first place you need install libevent, you can compile by hand or install via YUM.

Locate the file surely that is in /usr/local/lib and make a symbolic link

Uno de las mayores ventajas que posée vBulletin es la herramienta ImpEx. ImpxEx permite importar de forma sencilla y rápida el contenido de tu foro anterior, lease, phpBB, IPB, SMF, etc, a vBulletin, permitiendote de forma sencilla tener tu foro vBulletin/vBSEO sin perder todos los post/usuarios del foro anterior que utilizabas.

La parte mala de ImpEx reside en que si tenías "threads únicos" o "posts borrados", ImpEx no mantiene los mismos IDs (Identificadores Únicos de Mensaje), esto produce un impacto negativo desde el punto de vista SEP en el nuevo foro (el foro transferido)

Afortunadamente, Jerry ha creado un script 404 script que toma los IDs importados y los redirige a los nuevos creados por vBulletin. Esta es una gran herramientas para foros que han sido migrados desde otro foro a través de ImpEx. He pedido permiso a Jerry para poder modificar su script y suministrarlo a los usuarios de vBSEO.

I make a stupid script to generate forum stats in a image template with GD. This is based in a old plugin that come from the earling times of vBulletin2 :D

What make this

Based in a template image


The script that is executed a scheduled task from the vB adminCP modify the template and put in it your forum stats.


You can modify this script for you own pourposes

Install Instructions

1. Upload the script signature.php to forum-root/includes/cron
2. Create a directory called signature in forum-root/images and make wright right (chmod 777 or chown apache:apache) and upload the image sig.jpg (modify as you want to have your own base image)
3. Go to vB AdminCP->Scheduled Tasks->Add new Task

• • Task Name: Signature Generator
  • Includes: ./includes/cron/signature.php
  • Time choose what you want, mine is setter to be executed every 3 hours

The first time click in "Run now" and test if a image with name siggenerated.jpg exist (you can link this image in forums to work as signature).

Note: I test this in windows enviroment, i think in linux you need change the variable $Top=22 by $Top=10

Un mapa de sitio (sitemap) google es básicamente uno o más archivos con formato XML que contienen una lista de direcciones URLs con atributos como la prioridad o la frecuencia de visita de cada URL.

Google Sitemaps es una forma fácil para ayudarle a mejorar la representación de su sitio en el índice de Google. Es un sistema de rastreo de colaboración que le permite comunicarse directamente con Google. vBSEO permite definir el copyright que aparece en tus foros y blogs. Editando el archivo config_vbseo.php puedes elegir el copyright que aparecerá cambiando simplemente la siguiente entrada por el número elegido (date cuenta de que los hay con enlace y carentes de él):

I modify a old plugin of Orban that cached templates at disk and make a modify to put this templates into memcached server (i use as base a memcache wrapper of Jiri Kupiainen).
Work ok at my forums, but im not a php expertise and i cant guaranteed that is bug free.:D.

Upload the template_cache.php file to you includes folder and install the xml product.

Go to AdminCP->Memcached Cache Options and config:

Los reemplazos releventas son etiquetes predefinidas VB_SEO_RR_* (hasta 3) dentro de las cuales se puede definir HTML + variables que deja disponible vBSEO.
De esta manera se SEOniza mucho mejor cada foro y cada hilo dentro del foro.
