Testing something to show you what I am seeing but I do nto see how to recreate it on this site.

I created Blog Categories and if I click on those Categories then it goes to Uncategorized everytime.

If I dont have vbSEO installed the categoreis work just fine

    Please try to modify functions_vbseo_createurl.php file:
    FIND:

    from blog_category 
    REPLACE WITH:
    PHP Code:
     from ' . vbseo_tbl_prefix('blog_category') . 'blog_category
